Coffee and biscuit were decent, but I had been hoping for something a little better given the focus of the shop. I did visit on a weekend so I'm wondering if the weekday barista is different and might have slightly different technique. Better use of the tamper (and compacting the coffee) would lead to a better extraction, and quite likely a 4 star coffee.

Since moving to Toowoomba I now realise what a true continental espresso bar is. The coffee here is always fresh and fantastic, plus the beans are roasted in small batches constantly offering the best freshness I've ever encountered anywhere. I'm more a drip filter person than espresso but the flavour from their beans through my machine adds a delicacy I've never had before - well done guys!
